– Phòng ngừa tái phát thấp khớp cấp tính ở bệnh nhân dị ứng với Penicillin

Liều lượng – Cách dùng

Liều dùng thông thường:

+ Người lớn 6 – 9 MIU chia làm 2 – 3 lần/ngày.

+ Trẻ em > 20 kg 1,5 MIU/10 kg/ngày chia làm 2 – 3 lần.

Chống chỉ định:

Dị ứng với Spiramycin.

Tác dụng phụ: Hiếm: buồn nôn, nôn, tiêu chảy, dị ứng ngoài da.

Chú ý đề phòng: Thuốc không bài tiết dưới dạng có hoạt tính qua thận, do đó không cần chỉnh liều trong trường hợp suy thận.
